We are inviting motivated and enthusiastic National Service Persons to join our team across various domains, offering a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience and contribute to the growth of the design industry in Ghana.

Open Positions:

  1. Design Assistant

    • Support design projects and initiatives within IDDG.
    • Assist in creating visual materials for IDDG’s programs and events.
    • Collaborate with the design team to produce innovative design solutions.
  2. Educational Professional Development Assistant

    • Aid in the development and execution of educational and professional development programs.
    • Support the organization of workshops, seminars, and educational events.
    • Contribute to the creation and dissemination of educational materials.
  3. Funding & Sponsorships Coordinator

    • Assist in identifying and engaging potential sponsors and funding opportunities.
    • Support the development of sponsorship packages and funding proposals.
    • Collaborate with the team to maintain relationships with sponsors and partners.
  4. Policy & Procedures Assistant

    • Help in the development and revision of IDDG’s policies and procedures.
    • Support in ensuring that activities and programs align with established policies.
    • Assist in the documentation and dissemination of organizational procedures.
  5. Marketing & Promotion Assistant

    • Support the marketing team in promoting IDDG’s activities and events.
    • Assist in the development of marketing materials and digital content.
    • Engage with members and the public through various marketing channels.
  6. Program & Networking Events Coordinator

    • Assist in the planning and execution of IDDG’s programs and networking events.
    • Support in coordinating logistics and managing event details.
    • Help in creating engaging content and materials for events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field related to the position you are applying for.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
