Role Overview:
As the Director/Manager at IDDG, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction, implementing innovative initiatives, and driving the overall success of the organization. Your leadership will inspire a team of dedicated professionals and influence the future of interior design in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to advance the mission and objectives of IDDG.
  • Lead and motivate the team, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
  • Drive organizational initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
  • Oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders within and outside the organization to promote IDDG’s goals and vision.
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within a similar organization or industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and Office Management Software (ERP, etc.).
